In the second year of the contract, salaries will be adjusted no later than February 1, 2021, with an overall increase of 1.2%, and a 0.8% increase per company or job will be used for salary increases on February 1, 2021. In the absence of an agreement, the employer may, for reasoned reasons of production, allocate 16 hours of overtime work to workers in a calendar year. However, the hours should not be scheduled for the holidays of the week or for the Saturday of these weeks, unless this is agreed separately through local negotiations. In addition, the employer may provide 8 hours of training for leisure. For all these hours, an allowance is paid according to the basic salary, without any additional allowance or increase. The general terms and conditions of the collective agreement apply to all employees in the sector, whether they are unionized. The system works as long as the membership rate is high enough. In accordance with the general policy adopted for labour markets, the overall increase agreed in the recidivism clauses is 3.3% for the duration of the 25-month contract. The timetable for the increases is as follows: workers are not required to participate in collective bargaining, since negotiations are conducted by the union and the employers` organisation. Within the framework of the agreement, the primary objective is that wage adjustments are agreed on the spot, taking into account the circumstances of the company.
